Before you walk through the door.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

Absolutely not. Most of our members started exactly where you are now. Whether you're returning to fitness after a long break, recovering from injury, or have never lifted a weight in your life — our coaches scale every class and every session to where you actually are. The right gym meets you where you are. That's us.

What's the difference between Open Gym, Ignite+, and Personal Training?

Open Gym 365 gives you 24/7 access to our facility — work out on your own schedule with all our equipment. Ignite+ Bootcamp is coach-led group training with the same 24/7 facility access included: weightlifting-focused strength and conditioning, scaled for every level, with built-in community. Personal Training is one-on-one expertise — a coach builds your program, tracks your progress, and holds you accountable. Many members combine all three.

Is there a contract?

No contract. All memberships are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no fees, no penalties.

Can I tour the gym first?

Yes — and we recommend it. Book a free tour through our contact page, or just walk in during business hours. We'll show you around, answer any questions, and you can claim your free day pass while you're there.

Do you offer 24/7 access?

Yes — 24/7 facility access is included in both of our memberships (Open Gym 365 and Ignite+ Unlimited). Secure keycard entry lets you train any time, day or night. Perfect for shift workers, parents who train before the kids wake up, or anyone whose schedule doesn't match standard gym hours.
