The Modern Readiness Assessment

Thirty minutes. No pitch.

A free strategic AI advisory session. We'll talk about your business, your goals, and whether we're the right fit — and you'll leave with a readiness scorecard and a prioritized roadmap either way. That's the whole offer.

Pick a time

Calendar not loading? Book directly here.

Or send a note

Prefer to write first? Tell us what you're trying to modernize and we'll reply within one business day.

We reply to everything. We don't add you to a sequence you didn't ask for.

What actually happens

Simple process, from the first call.

Before

We send three short questions so we arrive knowing something about your business. Five minutes of your time, and it makes the call twice as useful.

During

Thirty minutes on where the work happens, what's breaking, and what you've already tried. Mostly us asking, you talking.

After

Within two business days you get a written readiness scorecard and a prioritized roadmap. Yours to keep and act on, with us or without us.

Then

If there's a fit, we scope a proposal. If there isn't, we'll tell you plainly and point you toward whoever is the right help.

Before you book

Questions people ask first.

Is this actually free, or is it a sales call in disguise?

Free, and the roadmap is yours regardless. We'd rather spend thirty minutes discovering we're not a fit than spend three months in an engagement that shouldn't have started. If there's no real opportunity here, we'll say so on the call.

What should I have ready?

Nothing prepared. It helps if you can speak to how the work currently flows and roughly what it costs, but if you don't know those numbers, that's itself a useful finding.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever can authorize change, plus ideally one person who does the work day to day. Those two perspectives rarely match, and the gap between them is usually where the opportunity is.

We're early — are we too small for this?

Probably not, but we'll be honest if you are. Small teams often get more from modernization than large ones because there's less to unwind. If your constraint is genuinely revenue rather than process, we'll tell you to spend the money elsewhere.

What happens to my information?

We use it to prepare for the call and to reply. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a marketing sequence you didn't opt into. See the privacy policy.
