About Ignite+ classes.

Is this just a group lifting class or something more?

More. Ignite+ is built around weightlifting fundamentals — squat, hinge, press, pull — with intelligent conditioning layered in. You'll learn to lift properly, get measurably stronger over time, and finish each class with a structured conditioning block that builds work capacity without grinding you down. It's strength training with the energy of a group class, not a circuit pretending to be strength training.

I've never lifted weights before. Is Ignite+ for me?

Yes — and you're exactly who we built this for. Your first weeks focus on learning movement patterns at light loads. Coaches scale every exercise and watch every rep. You'll be lifting confidently within a month.

How long are classes?

Most classes are 60 minutes. Some Tuesday/Thursday classes are 45 minutes. Saturday community classes occasionally run 75 minutes.

How many people are in a class?

Capped at 16 to ensure every member gets coaching. Most classes run 8-14 people.

What if I have an injury?

Tell your coach before class. We've programmed around almost every injury. Coaches will scale, modify, or substitute movements to keep you training around the injury, not through it.
